Our promise
We stand behind every tin of mitsu. If something's wrong — the product is damaged, you got the wrong item, or the quality isn't up to scratch — we'll make it right.
What we accept returns for
- ✦Products damaged in transit
- ✦Wrong item delivered
- ✦Product quality issues (clumping, off-smell, etc.)
- ✦Sealed, unopened products within 7 days of delivery
What we don't accept
- ✦Opened products (unless there's a quality issue)
- ✦Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- ✦Change of mind on opened products
How to raise a return
Email us at hello@mitsumatcha.in with:
- ✦Your order number
- ✦A brief description of the issue
- ✦Photos of the product (if damaged)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI and net banking, it may take up to 3 additional days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, place a new order and we'll process a refund for the returned item once received.
