Products
All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as we can make them. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment failure, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You'll be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order.
Payment
We accept major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. See our shipping policy for full details.

All content on this site — including text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Mitsu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Mitsu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
